(4) DN35CF-DN40CF (2.75" OD) STANDARD CF TEE FOR MEBT WIRESCANNER - OR EQUIVALENT

(4) 2.75" CF SINGLE-ENDED SMA FEEDTHROUGH FOR MEBT WIRESCANNER - OR EQUIVALENT

(4) ROTATABLE BLANK FLANGE 2.75" CF - OR EQUIVALENT

(2) 2.75" CF COPPER GASKETS FOR PIP-II MEBT WIRESCANNERS - OR EQUIVALENT

(2) 4.50" CF COPPER GASKETS FOR PIP-II MEBT WIRESCANNERS - OR EQUIVALENT

Offers to include F.O.B. Fermilab delivery terms. All freight charges must be included in the quotation. Reference to brand names and numbers is descriptive, but not restrictive unless otherwise specified. Bids on equivalent items will be considered, provided the bidder clearly states exactly what is proposed to be furnished, including complete specifications. Unless the bidder specified otherwise, it is understood the bidder is offering a referenced brand item as specified or is bidding as specified when no brand is referenced and does not propose to furnish an "equal." Fermilab reserves the right to determine whether a substitute offer is equivalent to and meets the standard of quality indicated by the brand name and number.

Your written response to this solicitation must be in accordance with the following additional requirements:

•PUR-466 Proposal Certifications (Rev. 1)*

The following terms and conditions shall become a part of any subsequent purchase order/subcontract resulting from this solicitation:

•FRA General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (03.2024)

•OR - ICPT, GSA, SEWP TERMS ACCEPTED AS WELL.

3. PUR-466 Proposal Certifications (Rev. 1)* - all applicable sections completed and the form signed.

4. A separate document including any/all exceptions to FRA LLC General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (03.2024). Exceptions to FRA Terms and Conditions shall be presented with the RFQ submittal.
