Description

A Gas Chromatograph (GC) instrument is needed for air monitoring in replacement of MINICAMS instruments.



Procure two GC instruments with the following specifications:






    • Flame Photometric Detector (DFPD); one instrument with phosphorous optical filter, one instrument with sulfur optical filter

    • Chromatographic columns: one instrument DB-1 phase and one instrument DB-210 phase column; one DB-1701 column that can be installed at a later date by the user

    • Air sampling pre-concentrator trap capability with flow rate through the trap of at least 500mL/min

    • Capability to add mass flow controller and collect flow date

    • Cycle time from injection to injection of 15 minutes or less

    • Electronic pressure control (EPC) of gases

    • Displayed control zones, valve status, temperature, pressure, and voltage.

    • Built in data acquisition system

    • GC dimensions - 17” x 11” x 8.5” (width x height x depth)

    • Instrument weight approximately 25 pounds

    • Alarm capability based on analyte response
